Mouse and Keyboard Guarantee Conditions
- Dear customer, thank you for your choice, this product is under the warranty and support of GREEN, and damage caused by technical defects, materials used and manufacturing conditions of all hardware parts will be covered by the warranty if they are in good condition and do not have any physical damage. Receipt of this guarantee means that customers accept the terms.
- The warranty period of the device is determined on the basis of the date indicated on the box label or on the warranty card of the device and the GREEN online warranty system.
- The provision of warranty service is only possible by bringing the box label or warranty card, the device box and all accessories inside.
- Impact, natural accidents, fire, power surge, damage caused by button separation and breakage, physical and visible damages, connector and cable damages, dust, liquid and moisture entering the device, damage to the body paint due to the use of cleaners, failure to clean. Working on unofficial operating systems and their misuse is not covered by the warranty.
- Opening of the device by unauthorized persons detected by GREEN experts will void the warranty, and the GREEN warranty is not responsible for repairing these devices outside the scope of the warranty.
- The GREEN warranty is not responsible for the complete failure of the device in a particular software (due to an error in a particular software).
- Use of the Office series keyboard and mouse in gaming and industrial applications will void the warranty.
- The buyer is responsible for transporting the device to the warranty centers.
- Devices that are not covered by the warranty will be repaired at the relevant fees, if possible.
- Due to the rapid change and development of computer parts, in case there is a need for replacement and the device of the original model is not available, a device of a similar model will be provided, taking into account the current price.
