Cooler Guarantee Conditions

Dear customer, thank you for your choice, this product is backed under the Green warranty, and damage caused by technical defects of the device, materials used and manufacturing defects is covered by a 2 Year Green warranty.

• Please bring the box and all accessories with you when visiting.

• Damage caused by impact, physical damage to radiators or connections, contact with solvent chemical liquids, fire, electrical fluctuations and misuse of the device will not be covered by the warranty.

• The warranty will be void if there is a change in the main specifications, unauthorized opening of the water block or coolant transfer pipes of the device, damage to the connectors and corruption of the serial number of the device.

• Any action to change, increase or decrease the coolant will void the warranty.

• If the warranty conditions are met, this device will be repaired or replaced with a healthy device according to the decision of Green Warranty experts.

• Due to the rapid change and development of computer parts, in the event that the original model of the device is not available, a similar device model will be offered, including the current price.

• This warranty only covers the water cooling device, and Green warranty will not be responsible for damage to other parts of the system.

• All Green Coolers have 2 years of Green guarantee.
