AIO Guarantee Conditions

 

  • Dear customer, thank you for your choice, this product is under the GREEN warranty, and all hardware parts of this product will be covered by the warranty if they are in good condition and original damage to all hardware parts of this product. Receipt of this guarantee means that customers accept the terms.
  • The warranty period of the device is calculated on the basis of the date indicated on the box label or the warranty card of the device, and warranty services can only be provided by carrying the card or label on the box. At the time of purchase, the customer is responsible for checking the physical health of the product, the presence of a serial label and hologram on the device, and the warranty card or label with a valid date.
  • If the problem of the device is caused by the deletion of Windows, virus infection and installed software, the problem will be fixed by charging the necessary fees.
  • If the AIO does not work on some software or is incompatible with peripherals, it does not mean that it is defective and this product is considered healthy for warranty purposes.
  • Any changes to the specifications and internal parts of the device (indicated on the label on the box or warranty card), the absence or deterioration of the serial number, hologram and product identification label, the label on the box or warranty card, or the opening of the device by unauthorized persons with the diagnosis of Green experts will void the warranty.
  • Damage caused by the use of parts connected to invalid and non-standard brands, connecting non-standard tools and memories to USB ports, connecting the input and output ports to city electricity, damage caused by improper connection or connection to other devices with faulty cables and converters, Damage caused by the ingress of liquids and chemicals, sulfation, power surges, fire and lightning, impact, improper use, by unauthorized persons servicing, use of substandard and non-standard accessories, breakage, physical and appearance damage, intentional destruction, damage to the device, connectors, misuse of the device, malfunctions caused by non-compliance with the correct maintenance conditions (such as extreme cold, high temperature, strong magnetic waves, too much dust and dirt ingress), different adapters, injuries and damages, installation or updating of any file or program and virus leakage, damage caused by discoloration or visible burns, bending and bending of the panel, cracking, breakage or crushing of pins and connectors, non-standard use (such as overclocking, failure to pay attention to the product manual and other physical defects diagnosed by Green experts) are not covered by the warranty.
  • According to the global standard, devices with more than 3 burnt pixels (at least 4 pixels) on the screen are served.
  • The buyer is responsible for transporting the device to the warranty centers.
  • Green is not responsible for forgetting the BIOS password and loss of information in the device's memory, and the customer is responsible for making a backup copy of the information.Password recovery will only be done by presenting a valid purchase invoice and asking the legal authorities and, if possible, collecting the necessary fees.
  • Devices that are not covered by the warranty will be repaired, if possible, by charging the corresponding fees.
  • Due to the rapid change and development of computer parts, in case there is a need for replacement and the device of the original model is not available, a device of a similar model will be provided, taking into account the current price.
  • All Green AIO computers have 2 years Green Guarantee.
